Great article! I'm glad you corrected the misconception about kundalini sleeping like a coiled snake.

Definitely feels like it's flowing for me a lot these days.

One question: you caution against over-meditating. Is this only in regards to increasing kundalini flow? Because I meditate closer to an hour to two hours a day as well as practicing Qigong and breathwork in the morning. Meditation is where I work with the subtle energies and consciousness expansion, prayer, and insight "channeling." I need way more than 15-30 minutes for all that!

As a side note, I'd love to read some of your stories about your early days being trained by a yogi! My favorite book of all time is Autobiography of a Yogi.
